Wonderland Cloud Terms of Service

By using the Wonderland Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Wonderland Cloud provides hosting of custom servers enabling communication and data transfer via WebRTC, supported by Google Kubernetes Engine on Google Cloud Platform.
User Obligations
You agree to use the Wonderland Cloud services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Services are billed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and to pay all charges incurred by your account.
Data Use and Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights to your data transmitted through our services. However, by using our services, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and adapt this data as necessary to provide and improve the service.
Service Modifications and Downtime
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Wonderland Cloud, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
General Conditions
Your use of the Wonderland Cloud services is at your sole risk. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is available via email.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of the service after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
